May I know to registered HIPS PV for 2019? How do they shortlist the candidates for PV, is it by balloting or interview?
May girl was born in 2012 and i stay upper serangoon view how yours estimated the distance because i use many maps all different
Dragon year i very worried about it , this year have to ballot liao ... first time face this problem hope can share your experience

Hi Hamsonsasha,

PV already closed for 2012 kids.
Use onemap.sg to calculate distance, this is the official tool.
If under phase 2c, need to ballot for <1km based on trend.
