No I never go my PIL went on my behalf. Yes they are asked to join the 2C but more than 2KM leh

May I know to registered HIPS PV for 2019? How do they shortlist the candidates for PV, is it by balloting or interview?
My boyl was born in 2012 and i stay upper serangoon view how yours estimated the distance because i use many maps all different
Dragon year i very worried about it , this year have to ballot liao ... first time face this problem hope can share your experience

PV already closed for 2012 kids.
Use onemap.sg to calculate distance, this is the official tool.
If under phase 2c, need to ballot for <1km based on trend.

OMG PV close liao ah... 惨咯。。。 bcoz i quite new in kiasu parents a lot of things did not understand... i know this year have to ballot really worried about it :slapshead: :gloomy:

Hamsonsasha, if not under PV programme, then u will be under phase 2c.

Based on trend and dragon year, under 2c within 1km have to ballot…those beyond 1km no chance…
