Parents beware…we are neighbors to the childcare next to the playground…and we hear the kids crying and yelling everyday, and it would go on for half hour to one hour. sometimes, they put the kid at the back of the house, sometimes, we hear it in the front. the staff doesn’t deal with it appropriately. One of the staff will yell at the kid and shout and threatened the kid to keep quiet, or they will just let the child continue crying. This happens everyday…and i mean everyday!! when its time to pick up, all is well. Do not believe if they say kids misbehave and they need to be put to time out. The staff are not equipped to handle children at all. I have a toddler at pre-school for 4 years and we had zero incident of such.
