        Knowing early is good if you can do something about it. For breast cancer, at least, I believe early detection usually leads to very high cure rates. That, to me, makes it worth doing regular mammograms.

          Actually there is a newspaper article abt doing mammogram it says will trigger cancer. Seriously I m not too sure what other option apart from ultrasound scan.


          But the norm is doing mammogram

                  My cousin passed away abt two years ago from breast cancer. She knew it but din want to get it treated cos her view then was if she does that she will ‘die faster’. So when she told us abt she is already in quite a bad shape.

                    Kafer, Glad to learn that all is well.


                    I remember that back in nursery DD1 had a classmate whose mum passed away due to breast cancer. That kid was only 3 then.
