Yes, I just went down to register, was told the same thing (less than 1km requires balloting). Actually my first choice is always St Hilda’s, and since now both St Hilda’s & Poi Ching needs to ballot, I want to try my luck at St Hilda’s instead. (But my Wife, my parents, my relatives all support to go PoiChing over St Hilda’s). But it was my Daughter, that make me finally make up my mind at PoiChing b’cos for the past few days, I asked her: PoiChing or St Hilda’s, and she always replied me PoiChing.
