I called RGPS, they only say ">2km need to ballot". My guess is that the odds would be better than last year of 30%, probably 50% this year.

This is a wrong assumption. I was also surprised. Anyway, just be mentally prepared to exercise 2Cs for those sticking to balloting at RGPS.

I am not sure what choice are you making in 2C, i think you are applying some school that will secure a place.
If anything, touchwood, fail in 2C, ask us again. -
