This is a wrong assumption. I was also surprised. Anyway, just be mentally prepared to exercise 2Cs for those sticking to balloting at RGPS.Tiongbahrumum\" post_id=\"1925242\" time=\"1564634693\" user_id=\"143725:
I called RGPS, they only say \">2km need to ballot\". My guess is that the odds would be better than last year of 30%, probably 50% this year.

If the odds for >2km is good, it will only attract more applicants since >2km covers island wide.

Juz called Poi Ching, the latest number is 148, all SC and within 1km.
