Hi Parents,
Any feedback on Huacheng Midtown (Hougang)? My kids are with Berries P3 & P4 but i notice a drop in their oral ability; OE comprehension is also their biggest weakness.
Thank you. -
Hi,
My child have is in P3 now, she has been struggling with her Chinese even with private tuition for the past 2 years. Can see improvement but still not able to catch up.
I thought I should change her to HuaCheng. I stay Paris Ris, anyone have been to the centre at Loyang Point, Paris Ris? Any review? -

Hi All, I just called Hua Cheng (Parkway). They only have 2 hour session where there is 1 with Compo+Compre and 1 that is All-round
Are there anyone interested for P5 (Year 2021) on Thursday 430pm? They can start a class with at least 2 students. Let me know if you are interested. THanks -
Hi, any parents registered their child at HC Tampines?

This is a feedback on Hua Cheng’s latest unfair fee policy. We paid for a full term of fees early in Oct 2020. It cost us 600+ in total. In Nov, due to my child’s learning difficulty we had to hire a LD trained tutor 1:1 and it was more expensive for us. When we informed HC that we needed to withdraw after 2 years of HC lessons, they told us the fees are 100% not refundable. I would like to appeal to HC to reconsider this stance and urge parents to speak out on such practices. Lessons have not started and we are penalised for this situation. Any parents have overcame this before?

Most tuition centers have such a policy, where fees paid are not refundable. The only case you have, is if they did not explain their withdrawal policy to you BEFORE you sign up. If they did explain to you, and you still went ahead to sign up, then they did no wrong.

I think the most “unfair” practice is the collection of registration fees. Esp now, when registration is mostly done online by the parents filling up an online form. When it used to be hardcopy form, maybe it took another manpower to transfer the info onto their computer system. But no longer, so registration fees should not be charged. -
Any review of Hua Cheng Bt Timah branch at secondary level? Are their materials and teachers good? Please PM if it is not convenient to post here. TIA.
