Really want to thank everyone here for your advices. I may not have reply in time but I do appreciate all the exchanges.
After chatting with my girl's form teacher, we have decided to put our WL school as 1st choice and CO as 2nd choice. Regardless if WL is converted, we will be happy with our CO school. So its another 2 months wait for us to buy uniform.
Such a valuable experience walking through DSA this year. :congrats: to all CO & WL. Will still be around to share what we learnt and also to prepare for my younger girl's turn in 5 year's time!
