Just receive the detail from them around lunch time. Did you receive it. I sms them last Friday and they did not response until I call them this morning. My bus no is C1.

After following up with them since yesterday, finally around lunch time she called me and told me the drop off time and place! The old person in charge Fen has left and in the process they have not updated their records! We moved more than 3 months back and our old address is still in their database. This is in spite of sending them a letter...

They are not very efficient. Receive a sms from Jeannette that the pickup time chg from 5.30 to 5.10. But my helper waited until 5.50, imagine she has to stand and wait for 40min… But still early better than miss the bus.

Yeah same here! Was told that the drop time will be 5:15 and they came only around 5:45. Btw, where do you live? We live in Jelapang.

My dropoff area is bukit panjang ring road. Think your girl is the same bus as my boy - PM5 and C1. My boy is the attendance monitor.

Did you have to wait long on Tuesday? This bus service is so crazy! They have made a mess of my address - and in the process never gave the kids the card to pay the bus fees and now the bus aunty told my helper that today is the last day to pay - but pay how much? I was quite angry with JEanetter and called her and spoke to her yesterday! She has said she will talk to that Mala. Hopefully this gets sorted off fast.


Are you going to the BOC preview today? We'll be there - got 4 tickets so me, my dh and the kids will go.

Do you have Mala’s mobile? Next time can call her direct. I got the card 2 weeks ago and write a note to include payment for the Tue transsport. It was 1.50 per session.


I am not going to BOC preview as need to work but my dd will be usher for the day. He wil be in sch whole day and we will need to fetch him at 7.30pm.
