I think you can just do a quick lock up to prevent that. Not turning off the entire gadget, just lock it up so that your kid has to re-input the 4-digit number to unlock it before using. If I do this, the \"login\" state is immediately terminated, no need to wait for 15min. I generally just do a quick lock-up as a habit after I finish purchasing so that no one has purchase access.

easier to clear credit info than to lock & unlock each time. One time effort versus day to day routine.

afterall, i do not make purchases so frequently.

Only Apps purchased is WhatsApp. The rest of the Apps are free :oops:

There’s a nice writeup on mobile Apps in today’s edition of Digital Life. Some are really good, but quite a number are, um, so-so. Most are free. Go read and download some of those LBS ones.

I love the pandora radio, bubblewrap, & ibowl. Flick Fishing, bejeweled, kitten cannon, and flight control are some of the best games .

Would like to ask a question : Can the apps be used for ipad and iphone or are they specific ie the apps are only created for iphone, then ipad cannot use vice versa? What about apps for ipod touch?

Some apps are specifically for ipad, eg those games that require a big screen like Sim City.

Others can work on ipad, iphone n ipod. Depends on the nature of the app.
