yes, I still got my report book. how abt his PSLE Cert? so long as he has any document indicating he is from Clementi North..else he may needs to ge MOE to check if there is any records that he is from Clementi N.
Hi 2Nice,2Nice:
Don't worry, Clementi North Pri merged with Clementi Town Pri and now is known as Clementi Pri. I was previously from Clementi Town Pri and I've checked with the Sch as my girl will be pri 1 next year, both Ex-Clementi North and Ex-Clementi Town are qualify for Phase 2A2. Base on the sch record, I don't think there is a need of joining alumni.
May I check with you, do you happen to still have your report book? My husband lost his, and I have not checked how to go about registering my son in the sch with or without report book. Currently still deciding on about either Clement P, or Rulang P, and possibility of shifting to Clementi or not. Headache... -

Thanks for the thinker. I kept thinking of report book, and never switch to think of the PSLE Certificate! What bird brain I have. OK, I do think he will have that. Need to search that out from his cupboard. Thanks so much! -
Dear All,
I am currently living in Sengkang but have plans to buy a new place. Since my son is born in 2005, I am looking for a place within 1km of NanHua. I thought it would be safe if I were to volunteer in NanHua as well. However, I had been rejected by NHPS as a PV, despite writing a long proposal. I am determined to try applying again. Does anyone know what is the chance of getting into NHPS if one lives within 1km but not a PV? -

Hi, they reject you because they can't use your services or because the time isn't due for your 'batch' to do pv work yet? Some schools are only accepting pv for 2004 kids this year. -
Hi, they said they are unable to match my areas of interest with the needs of the school…

U mean phase 2C rite? You can call up the school to ask how many of the applicants under 2C are within 1km last year. My guess is most of them are.

Anyone has any comment on Pei Tong Primary School?

Haha, this school is just right at my doorstep. Sorry not being racist here, but just my own observation: there seem to be quite a high percentage of non-Chinese students there. Probably since most Chinese would register in nearby NHPS? -
While we are ethnically Chinese, we like our kids to be in a multi-racial, primarily English-speaking primary school. Thus, we do not like our kids to enroll in NHPS. We also don’t like the pressure cooker environment there.
How about Qifa primary school? Could someone with kids at Qifa share his/her experience with us? Is a reasonably good school? Any problems that we should know about? -
Hi
After longtime, I was reading all the contents in this cohort since I was in US for the last eight months. Quiet tight with the work. It took me almost a day to browse the details under P1registration itself.
While reading, I can feel the panic from the parents side. The responses to those queries are well addressed. I hope I can be active from now on.
