From what I gather from the school, Phase 2B expect to have 40 registrations (PV + Grassroot Leaders)
Very likely this year would have balloting at 1Km range in the Phase 2C

That's a large increase! There were only 19 applicants under 2B last year..

I just trying ask the school see this year how my chance get in & also they have recruited how many PV's.

Last year, at the end of Phase 2A2, the take-up rate was 51%, meaning there were left with 132 places for Phases 2B and 2C. Divide this number by two, and you get 66 places for each of the phases. The APP was 29%. Multiply 66 by 29% and you get 19.
