      24hr-mum:
actually tried Han at kovan? their compo class only 1 or 2 kids for p3.

      guess all went tien hsia

but i thot small class size better.
My child is the 1 or 2 kids ๐Ÿ˜‰

They are doing chinese at Molin but I wanted additional focus for compo and compre. I didn't choose Molin becoz of timing. I called tsien hsia and think timing don't match. So I was contemplating between Yang Lao Shi (which my Sec 2 niece said it's good) or Han Language. For Yang Lao Shi, they combine P3 and P4 in a class so I was alittle hesitant. Han's 1 or 2 kids appealed to me.

Just last year, we had a tutor who taught at enrichment centre that comes in once a week and we pay $240 per child per month. So this individual attention is really value for money.

I can't tell if it is effective for now. But both my P3 and P4 are doing compo and compre class there since the start of the year. We shall see how they perform during CA/ SA1. My P3 does not have compo for CA.

But under the tutor, my P4's compo results increased but other parts slacked as I asked her to focus on compo and compre so that was not ideal.

        Hi

I need help. I'm looking for a suitable chinese class for my P2 boy. Currently, looking at Han Language centre at Punggol ( or hougang ) or Berries ( at Hougang ).

Does anyone has children attending any of these schools ?

Could you kindly give me some feedback of the class and what they learnt, has it been useful for your child ? ๐Ÿ™

        Thank you very much.

                Hi,

Is anyone interested in forming a class for 3YO on weekday, after 5pm? They currently only have a Sunday class for preschoolers but the person I spoke to said if they can form a class of 3, they can start a class. Anyone interested, pls pm me.

Btw, YCK cc is near Yio Chu Kang MRT station.

                  Hi Mr Ding,

I have not visited this thread for quite sometime. Sorry did not reply to your queries. For teachers quality, most of the teachers are china teachers , and they speak very good mandarin. For the material quality, I do not have any other Chinese enrichment to compare , but the materials follow closely with school syllabus. The service of the staff there are very good too but I am not sure of other centers. They also allow your child to sit in to another class if you miss your regular class. The fees are reasonable too. For your info, both my children are still with them. My dd surprisely still score very well in her school exams. But her Han teacher ever told me that my dd standard in her class was only average and she was surprised that she can scored very well in her school exams. I think I will still continue to put my children in Han unless their grades drop.

                        Hi,

Any parents can help to recommend pre-school chinese class in serangon area? Or Punggol area on Saturday as my DS is having math class there.

                        Tks.
