'fats' in cheese is still fat, still contains the same number of calories as all other fats. Calcium, unfortunately, can't break down 'fats'. Only exercise can help to burn some 'fats'. -
okok, so buy the low fat ones…
are kraft singles good or the laughing cow ones…
i dunno if DD & DS are fascinated by the laughing cow or izit becos they really taste better…
i personally prefer the laughing cow too but its so expensive. 1 box cost $7.10 over at shop & save. -
I heard that children should not take fresh cheese like brie. Don’t true or not.

May be because of the very high salt content in this kind of cheese. -

Cheese with red wine
Strawberries with Champagne
Me I like my cheese melted on toast or runny in pizza and lasagne. Champagne, dun really fancy too many bubbles, makes me burp not very ladylike .
Strawberries are still best with chocolate. Hehe.
But I digress. I buy the laughing cow cube cheese for kids to snack on. DS is more crazy about cheese then DD but both seem to like most dairy products.
