Oh my child can eat cheese for all meals for all days and still never get sick yet… I think cheese is quite an amazing creation to make it so palatable for kids.

In between meals, she pops cheese like popping candies.

Well that is better than eating chocolates and sweets. At least is healthier.

Haha, been eating that for years. Started when I was in P2 or 3 after reading the story Heidi where in the story it keeps saying her grandfather toasted cheese for her. So I experimented at home and since then, will only eat toasted cheese on bread and thereafter, comes various combinations, with a bit of sprinkled sugar, with cheese, with egg, etc. I like the cheese a bit burnt at the top but still runny inside.

Now on rainy days, 2 slices of bread, toasted with cheese, topped with Ham and a sunny side up, plus a tall glass of ice cold milo is my comfort food.

Easy to put together and a satisfying meal. Yum.

There will always be a few types of cheese in my fridge.

Cream Cheese, usually philadelphia low fat
Cheese Slices, usually Kraft low fat cheddar
                        Cheese cubes, Laughing Cow
                        Shredded Mozellera
                        Shredded Cheddar
