have anyone of u received notification for the jobs sent out by Ruby for this term? There are learning journeys and traffic duties (for Sep - Nov).

Sign up for so many but did not even get one.

Now am thinking if should go on a trip in Oct/Nov.

NOrthland is a much better school then Jiemin in academic , so see how u weight, u r how far from Jiemin? I wonder if choy u failed to get into NLPS for 2C, can u still fall back to Jiemin?

i checked onemap, it's 900m+ risky..
I called NLPS this morning to ask, apparently they wasnt very helpful

virgoinvenus, think canopy only got a few units left (remember newspaper mention that more pp go and buy after the income ceiling increase to 12k) so go quick if you are interested. Not sure if all/some blocks are within 1km of NLPS.

I emailed Ruby and she said no more traffic job for this term and to try next term (ie Jan). Sigh, half day leave for 30minutes duty.

I am 90% prepare that I won't even get a chance to ballot liao

sighz.. i did all the necessary checks.. n was so happy abt it .... I called MOE n confirm Canopy is within 1km.
Then i went Canopy to find out the units (my hubby is in reservist this week).. was so happy.. the unit is ok, not fantanstic though... BUT...
came the hardest part, this project don hv deferred payment scheme.. my hubby (my financial MP) said SORRY,No, WE CANT BUY ... he say cannot fork out so much cash..if got deferred payment still can consider ..
really for me... sighz... everytin back to sq1...

maybe nag at ur hb for a few more days and see if he will give in? Especially if he is very interested in NLPS too. Alternative will be resale which is quite silly especially when you are already living in Yishun (like moving next block).

My financial MP also said no to canopy... no confidence in finish repaying the loan cos we are quite old...
