Hello all, I just emailed my PV application today. Finger cross , at least they accept us as PV, else i have to go to Tao Nan… and will be headache able logistic arrangement…

Your backup school is very good. Many parents have worked out the transport issue, so am sure you will find your solution too.


No more PV for me, the younger 2 kids will follow DD1's school.

I would prefer school nearer my home… if go tao nan… even we drive her to school in morning also will jam along the road there…so now see how it goes with the PV thingy… yeah once u settled with ur first kid, subsequent just follow no need headache !

some updates for my 4yo:

DD can spell ONE to TEN; she is able to write (by saying the stroke) for her own surname (simple cos it’s wang 4 stroke nia) and ren and kou); knows Jan to December (spelling of it is my target for her next mth); recognise numbers 1 to 20 (recital of number 1 to 50), she is still not so keen in maths…i get her to do maths worksheet daily (simple addition, substraction and concept(like big, small, smallest, biggest, between etc)); poem recital on weekly basis, still do Linking memory for world map ( am doing solar system for her next month)… we still read our ji chu han zhi… now second level book 1, peter and jane book 3a (take so long as each page has new word, we read one page per day)…

any learning methods that works for ur kids to share ? esp in maths… seems like shichida method is not working for DD haizzz…
