        Hi Jccmum/Rainbow

Yes, the school did organise excusion trip for kids. During my last orientation, the principle did mentioned that they want the kids to treat it as a learning session during the outings. If I am not wrong, usually it ranges from one day to 3 days malaysia trip, desaru, cameroon highland etc. They will be exposed to the natural world and learn skill like how to use the digital camera, how to apply and present what they have learnt or seen in their project. Although parents are welcomed during the trip, but the advice from the principle is not to interefere into the learning trip of the school students, eg helping the kids take the picture of their project, typing the workproject etc. hahahaha…

So Jccmum, yr kid is enrolled into Primary One next year yah?

            Hi happyfather

My son will be starting P1 in 2010. Hopes he will enjoy his learning years. One of the reason we enrol him in North Vista is that he will enjoy learning with all the activities and the idea of \"learning from the environment\" approach as he has really short attention span. :!:

We are still considering if I should put him in the after sch care as the centre will help to make sure he complete the homework(if any) 😄 so that he could rest in the evenings.

            Hi Rainbow

I also love trip but for P1 only day trip. P2 then get to stay over. 😄 I am looking forward to it

                  Hi Jccmum

Well, I hv received a call from the school requesting the parent to go down this week for pre-orientation on which u can avoid the crowd on the actual day to make yr registration n purchase of school uniform etc. however as i am tied up with work, so have to give it a miss till the actual orientation in Nov 2009.

                      Hi Kimifi

Why dun u consider putting yr child in Buangkok MRT Faith Educare services, they have staff to look after the infant till 9pm weekday. Currently i am also panic looking around for ppl to help me pick up my kid when she is in Primary One next year as the school care end around 7pm and there is no way I can pick my kid up before that timing. No relative or friend or neighbour to help me as well, still wonder how to solve the problem even if i put my kid in the school care within the compound.

                        thanks for your suggestion.

U see, I wanna put bb in infant care, but parents n In laws OBJECT…cos they said too young, haven build up immune system…

dats y I m not able to put in infant care till bb is older.

You can consider if the childcare has BAS-before after sch care…
jus wondering, there will be ppl from the childcare to fetch ur kid from sch?
