He's very happy there. Two of his kindergarten classmates are in his class. He loves having pocket money to buy food and saving the remainder.

When are the upgrading works slated for completion? Are they building a indoor sports hall (the building that effectively reduces the size of the field)?

I think the works will complete this year but not too sure which month. If not mistaken there's an indoor sports hall.


I think he's happy also because he hardly gets any homework

Last time DS took school bus home also an average 45 min to 1 hour. I guess 1 hour is a norm especially the bus need to go around so many places pick up the children.

Seem like ZDPS upgrading activites is faster than RMPS. Maybe ZDPS next year can go into single session?

Just to share my own experience, I'm within 1km of Zhangde and Radin Mas and I registered in phase 2B last year. I decided to go for Zhangde as it is within walking distance. After school started, I found to my horror that DS's kindergarten classmates, living next block, are spending 1 hour each way to take the school bus to Radin Mas. That's 2 hours a day . DS is very thankful that he is not studying in Radin Mas. Do consider carefully as all the time spent travelling can add up significantly over the years.

Mummy of 2 - i think i stay quite near you cos i can see ZhangDe from my room window (Yup! im that near)!!

n when i bring my ds down to wait for his school bus at abt 615am (n ds is not in a nearby school - he's in Maris Stella) - i see the RDM n RVPS kids waiting for the school bus as well!!! I was like wah! how come you guys are so early?? They mentioned that they seem to be the first few to be picked up so thats why they are waiting for their bus the same time as me.....

something not right with school bus. If kids stay near to school, they should be the last few to be picked up. Ask the school why is it so ?
