My DS will be having the Infocom test this coming Fri. He has not done well during the mock test. He told me that that he finds Infocomm not easy. Can anyone advise how to prepare for test for this subject. There is no textbook. Anything that they can read up online?

Does my ds need to get the CCA Teacher’s signature (Allocated CCA) and the CCA Teacher’s signature (CCA requesting for) before he can submit the Appeal form or the Office will take care of the process?

Yes. He needs to get signatures from both teacher in charge b4 submit the form.
