Hi all,
Totally new to this forum n have 3 kids.. Oldest being born in 2007.. Hence my very first posting in this thread..
Noticed u all talking abt spelling? My girl is no where near it.. She's still learning abt e alphabets n their sounds.. I guess I was too lenient w her when she was growing up.. Let her play too much.. So now got a lot of catching up to do.. -

Spelling is just one of the strategies some schools adopt. Maybe your DD's school focused on other aspects of language acquisition... Still, I can't wait for this week to be over, at least she can take a break from the routine of learning spelling. Her term 2 spelling lists have not been issued yet :imcool:Hi all,

My DD is currently homeschool and attending enrichment classes.
I have been giving her spelling and ting1xie3 since Sep11. Now, i am teaching her creative writing. Feel like ‘outsourcing’…stress stress as entering P1 soon. -
