is she due for this year's enrollment? -
Yo0638,
did you make it for the PST session? Wanted to ask if you are available on 27 / 28 march from 7 am - 11am ? -
hey Kiss, sorry for replying late. I had no time to check on my mailbox, busy with work & my 2 younger sons take turn falling sick.
I did not attend the previous PST session due to work commitment. I have received SMS for the 27 - 28 Mar event but unable to help out as this month is my company year end so everyone is not supposed to go on leave unless for urgent issues only.
I hope I can help out in the next event, from May onwards I will have more time & should be able to take leave anytime I want. -

May I know if your little ones have any problems with the catered food? -

I am packing \"bento\" for DD1 everyday so she only have catered food few times a month? During those times, she is fine with it.Mummies:

what happened? -

I see. I started with packed food too and then think it was after Jan when my girl told me that she wanted to try buying food with her friends. We were alright with that.
There is a variety: pasta, bread, muffin, noodles and all.
I can't recall when but she complained of stomachache and we didn't think much of it. And when she came back \"famished\" on numerous occasions, that I became concerned and started asking her if she has enough to eat. On days where noodles, pasta were served, (more carbo I guess) she was alright: hungry still but not famished.
Then her complaints of tummy ache became quite frequent and I was thinking that it might be gastric and until Monday, I was quite sure that it was hunger pangs. Had tummy ache again and thought she needed to poo but nothing came out and then she wanted to throw up and that was when she started crying. She said that each child is only allowed 1 muffin (I suppose it is one serving of whatever is on the menu that day) and she said it was not filling. I asked if she could get another and she said the Uncle said 1 child is allowed to buy only 1 muffin.
I understand that perhaps the vendors can't gauge who brings food and who doesn't and they don't want to bring in too many only to have them wasted/ thrown away so they have to control how much each child gets. I explained to my girl and she understood.
Just wondering if you (parents) would know what's the size of each serving. For now, we have resumed our packed lunch.
No more issues with tummy aches. In a way, I was glad that she had that unfortunate incident cuz I would have been none the wiser. -
Ah, the serving is indeed small but given the pricing I guess thatβs why?
DD1 mentioned to me that the portions were small when she spent $3 on food. It was her CCA day so I had her buy lunch from school so I gave her $4 just in case. Ok, I had a minor fit that she spent $3 hence that was where I found out that she had noodles, bread and a drink so she can feel full.
For her CCA day, I just pack lunch & recess food for her now. -
