        Hi,

I just heard from a parent that teacher has already started to group the children into ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ by using different name. Is that true? ‘A’ means ‘good’, ‘B’ means ‘average’, ‘C’ means ‘need help’?

          Really?!?

My girl didn't tell me anything regarding this. Is this across the level or just within the class?
hmmm, this would mean that the school is doing their internal streaming already.

It is within class. I asked my girl and she told me she is in Winz club fairies.. and when i asked her what are the other groups name, she said she doesnt know.. My girl is in 1Patience. I heard it from a mum whose girl is in 1Charity. They have something like Ariel 'A', Bella 'B', Cinderalla 'C'...

Actually it's quite subtle, the teacher did not tell the students that it is A,B,C...but the name of the groups has letter starting A, B and C...according to my girl, the teacher told them that the group with the letter starting A means the students can do work on their own, the group with letter starting B means some teacher's guidance are needed and the group with letter C means need teacher's guidance. It seems that the grouping is not permanent...heard fr my girl the other day that someone was changed to another group...

Interesting, I did my girl was in a group. by colours but I just assumed it was group work thing. Curious to ask her about it later.

                    She is in group A.
I though is just divide them into 3 groups only.
Simply call group A, B and C in her class.
