Hi, it might be easier for you to get a private driver (eg car pool) or a taxi driver. If it is not a designated school bus for Mee Toh, the bus cannot enter Mee Toh. And there are \"rules\" among the private school bus companies and drivers that prohibit them from picking children of other schools.

My dad is a school bus driver for a school in Toa Payoh. I have a friend who stays in Jurong and whose son goes to this school in Toa Payoh. The school bus does not come all the way to Jurong. Even when my friend is prepared to let her son sit in the bus for longer time (first to pick up and last to alight) and to pay much more bus fare to the school bus company, they are not prepared to take the business due to the time wasted during the peak hours traffic jam. I did ask my dad to help my friend to source for another school bus driver who is prepared to fetch the child as it is on his way. My dad told me that school bus companies have rules among themselves and they do not do such thing.

Heh heh, already checked with a few cab drivers, but they are unwilling to take up the job cos’ timing is not right. P1 is in pm session and need to reach sch latest by 12:30 pm. Cab drivers find it hard to arrange the time…MY GOD !!! What should i do ???


As for car pool, anybody here know of person who offer the service ???
My son will be in Bishan in the morning. We just need someone to send
him to sch safely, we will pick him personally after sch…

Alternatively, anybody in here know of a gd before/after sch care centre
in Punggol??? We don’t mind check it out… Thank you

I recall there is a school bus from AMK are to Mee Toh. You might want to check with the school again to see if that bus could pick up from Bishan too?

my 3 year old boy has started school.

His school is at hougang and he stays in punggol.
the schoolbus journey is 1hr 20mins.
He did not like the ride, he feel giddy and vomit.
