school bus operator asking for adv payment

Dear all,
I am not sure what is the rationale behind. I understand that school bus ask for June payment in May becos June is a school holidays.
I seriously dun understand why they are asking for advance payment for ferrying kids to the childcare. Childcare dun have June holidays i suppose?

read it and i do not see any on the discussion on the childcare bus services.
anyway… i realise that they just want money at the end of the day. -
This is all about money for them and they always ask for advance payment which sound really irritating.
