I send my 2 boys to ohmsantih yoga school for 2 years now. Brilliant teacher (teacher war war) and the boys simply love the classes. Seen great improvements in terms of ability to focus and also the temper of my younger boy has tamed down alot and many more benefits. I can share more through PM if you want to know. Trial classes are available at a cost of $10 (back 2 years ago). You may want to look up http://www.ohmsantih.com for more information.

That is fine. As the teacher advised, as long as it is a comfy set of clothings, not too tight, it good.

The first time I sent my boys to yoga, i made them wear sport shoes..LOL :rotflmao: actually it is practise barefooted lo..haha

                    Hi,

Does anyone know of any other places that provide kids’ yoga class, preferably in west area? The ohmsantih school has no air con, terribly hot and stuffy even on the not-sunny afternoon that we went.

I actually preferred the non-ac environment as with ac, it is really easy for my boys to catch a cold. I do not think it is stuffy, except maybe we are too used to the commercialised version of exercising must be in an air-con environment 😂 I do yoga myself there as well lo :boogie:
I see the effects on my boys and they love the classes, i guess difference in preference bah..
Hopefully, you get one in the west..

Actually there is night Taichi http://newagetaichi.com/index/index.php?main=gallery in this Unity Primary meant for Children and there is actually children talking those courses. Actually, Taichi for children is not all that slow moving that we used to see, they do other related activities that has alot of physical workout.

could you please let me know where it exactly is ?
