Just popping in to say hi. DD joining the school in 2013. Just bought the books and uniforms yesterday. Very excited to get to know the school more on orientation day.

Navanis , Queendom, are you all living near the school? My girl is so shy and none of her kindy friends will be in this school, I was wondering if we can organize some playdates before school start so she can have some friends she knows when she is there.

Oh actually we are just 5 mins walk away from HIPS, we will walk to school next year. DD is at my workplace childcare which is no where near our home thus none of her kindy classmates are going to HIPS.
What about you all, which areas are you from? -

I heard that siblings will be in the same house colour once he or she joins HIPS.

My DS is in 1S1 in HIPS next year.
Just heard from my nephew (who is in P5 this year) that the school is going to reno from 2014 - 2016. And it is moving to a temp school in AMK. -
Thanks for the heads up. Called the school to ask yesterday about the move. They advised that the current plan is to stay in the current location. No move to AMK in the pipe for now. Let’s hope it stays that way.

Oh gr8… Cos if the sch were to move to temp site @ AMK… I’ll face big prob on how to settle my ger - student care & transport
