Advise you to go Bishan Mindstretcher branch which is their HQ. Sembawang branch is franchised out. Worksheets are all the same but under different management. You go to Bishan Mindstretcher branch and Sembawang Mindstretcher branch do a comparison and look at the classrooms. Bishan Minstretcher is very big and has toilets in their centre. Customer Service provided at Bishan MS is also better. If the price is the same, why not go for the best branch - HQ.

I found out from Bishan Mindstretcher HQ. You can call to verify with them if the centre is franchise or not. All the centres have the same worksheets, but what set them apart are the customer service's attitude. I'm beginning to realise that Just Education is providing better customer service than Mindstretcher. Just give a call to enquire and you know what I mean. I think it's time to change tuition provider if the centre can't provide good customer service.

Care to share what do you mean by customer service which is no good by Mindstretcher? I am also trying to compare between Mind Stretcher & Just Education.

after finish reading above feedback whether good or bad, i supposed the founder create a good material, but it depends on individual center and teachers on how to deliver those materials.


Well, can anyone confirm that MS is franchise-based tuition center?
If that is the case, the quality might be varies.

I really need a ‘insider’ parents at tampines 1 center’s insight to tell which teach is good currently. Any feedback on teachers, especially math and science?

i put my ds1 in mindstretcher bishan before as i stay in bishan.

i have to say their science material is good, provided your child will do all the reading of the notes, or if there is someone at home to assist.
their service on the other hand, is so-so.

i put my ds with bishan mindstretcher, and yes indeed some material for mathematics were also taken whole sale from other assessment books, the older and less popular types of books, without much editing.

i got all these older assessment books as i used to be KS and just collect them from relatives.
the one i spotted was mainly for angles/geometry.
i guess it is hard for them to create own sums for these topics.

Anyone have enrol their 4-5 years old kid for the Pre-Primary enrichment class at Bedok Point?

I will like to have some comments on the school and teacher before decide whether to enrol my girl for the pre-primary K1 lesson.
