Well, it's up to the school. Although MOE posting is by merit, when it comes to appeal it's the school's decision.

And if I may add on, PSLE is hardly a reliable gauge for how you will do at Os. My school have students who entered by affiliation is 210,220 and got 6points for O levels, yet we have students with 26x and 25x for PSLE getting double digit scores for Os.

Haha I don't feel much anticipation over it - most likely TJC (like 95% confirm). Unless by some freak of nature I get VJC LOL. (highly unlikely)

Thx for your encouragement. My sister is currently studying in RI but I'm not as smart as her so I guess my chances are very low

Thank you for your encouragement but I'm afraid I won't be very happy and I can't be happy even if I want to I envy my frens who are in NY RGS and NJC I'm even crying to sleep very nite
