For DS , it is a perm issue due to protruding tailbone. It is possible to use a yoga mate for sit up for people with such problem in bmt? Understand that sit up in bmt is done using a machine.

Anybody know if my DS is excused from all activities relating to the back due to backbone issue, will he be out of course? Or will he be remained in the current pes but assign to do admin job instead?

My DS is currently in Tekong. Anybody know if he missed the 4km route march due to medical reason, must he redo the 4km or can he proceed to the 6km straight away?
