HMT point is useful only if you apply for SAP school or a SAP school offer IP.

If a child Chinese is strong, do they study higher Chinese in p2, or p5 ?

unless you are in a SAP school, higher chinese only start from pri 5 onwards.

The size per class in TNPS is around 25 - 30 students and yes there are quite a few international students in TNPS but unable to quote you how big this group is.
