My girl is suffering from bad breakouts recently and I heard that Dr Chan is good in treating this problem …would like to know if anyone has ever been there? Also heard that this doctor is quite famous in treating pimples/acne and charges is not that expensive…appreciate if anyone can let me know more about him. TIA.

A lot of JC students from top JC still go for tuition. They sacrifice a lot of family time and sleep.

Not surprise to find that many students from the same top school go to the same tuition centre....it could make up a class of tutees from the same school....so students produce good results....whose credits?

I agree with your pov and also repeatedly said to my daughter that JC needs consistent hard work and not just study during exam time. Though I can see that she does study daily and more than secondary school but personally I felt that she can commit even more. However, I also see the benefit of tutoring when my daughter told me that the Econ tutor teaches the class very much more than the school and she felt that her school teacher does not teach much. She also told me that the Chem tutor simplified the concept which make them easier to understand, unlike what the school teacher delivered.

My thoughts exactly....that is why many students (especially at jc level )need these tutors to help them understand their syllabus better.....a lot of students seek external helps regardless of the expensive tuition fees......really bo bian cos these two years are so short and stressed..... :mad:

Add another 1k also no takers…my friend works as part time cleaner no need education, no need to take care of anybody and pet…suka suka what time go to work also can…she can bring home over 2k per month.
