Same here. I have been wanting to cut off my carbs totally too and suffering from withdrawal symptoms. Hahaha. Now I eat less than half a bowl of white rice mixed with Quinoa or brown rice. Drink more soup. Lunch I eat just soup with slice fish. My kids will have carbs in the slice fish soup.

Hi, I also had a very bad experience with Han language centre, they changed 3 teachers since beginning of this year without informing parents. And my child is P6 this year! I wouldn’t recommend this centre to anyone.
