For students who write essays well -

is there anywhere whereby can read their good composition(s) written ?
Are they displayed inside the school website, or compiled into an essay book or magazine and sold at the school bookshop ?

When I was in P3 here, I remember receiving this Chinese essay book showcasing the best compositions from every level. However, that was in 2009. Hope I helped.

Understand that previously, Maris Stella has Golf as one of their CCAs but I think from 2013 onwards, this CCA was not offered. Anyone know the reasons? Thanks.

According to the principal, the school is emphasizing more on team-based CCAs to help the students bond. Golf is not a team-based CCA which is why it was cancelled.

According to my DS, the HCL-section A is really tough. He lost marks in Chemistry and Geography as he mentioned he did not answer the right key words that the teacher is looking for. For Maths, he lost marks due to carelessness. Physics and Biology have not given back.

Yes, i totally agree HCL section A is unfairly dificult.
Physics and bio have been returned-failed Physics, A1 for bio.
I also failed chem. :sad:

Yes. I consider it tough.(me and my friend scored 3/10 for the first MCQ section)
