May I know if anyone can share the process of CCA assignment please? Do they just put down 6 choices and then wait for results? Or do they get to know which CCA they are shortlisted first before making their choices? Thanks very much.

Doesn't seems to be the case as some of those who took HCL in Pri sch are also in the rainbow class. I believe the school split them according to the result of their normal CL. Whichever the case, this rainbow class is quite a norm thing. Based on the class split, I estimate that about 1/3 of the students are in it.
I was wondering how they split the students too. I speculated that they separate those who took Higher Chinese in primary school from those who didn't. But not sure if that's accurate.Angax\" post_id=\"1959125\" time=\"1579058914\" user_id=\"182526:
My gal is in week two of her school. She didn't get distinction in Chinese so during Chinese class, she has to join other class. Hope she can manage her Chinese. I bought her some Chinese supplement to read too.

RE: Secondary Schools Information in West Area
Forest123:
Mr Seet the Principal of Juying started in November 2012, previously he was Vice-Principal of Raffles Institution (2001-2005) and Principal of West Spring Secondary (2005-2011). This is his 5th year in the school, and he may get posted to other school. Does anyone knows how many years the principal will stay with a school in average?
I think is 6 years, so at most one more year. -

Haven’t been to Boon Lay Sec so can’t say much abt it. Jurong West Sec seems ok to me. I think comparable to JuYing. Selling point of JY Sec to me is really the principal. I suggest u go to their open house to check out. Things like CCA, past ‘o’ level results(%qualify for JC and poly).

RE: Precious metals
Easiest is to buy from UOB. Keep the coin intact with the wrapper(if any) then you can sell back to them at a later time if you want to.
