Hi mommies,
I've read this thread over and over again to reduce my anxiety as I am offered a place in the PM session in EC 2014. I was yearning for an AM session because I have arranged my job schedule in such a way that I can send him in the morning. Pretty disappointed right now. I have visited a number of schools but upon a school visit, I was blown away by the center that both hubby and me wanted to sign up right there and then!
Some reasons that caused my anxiety:
1. The representative just called and mentioned if I could toilet-trained my son by next year.
2. I won't be around to send him off to school.
3. Are the waiting list for AM session ridiculously long? Will I ever get a chance of morning session?

RE: All About Recreational Swimming
Hi mommies (&daddies),
I am looking for swimming classes for my infant of 11 months old.
I was supposed to start with HappyFish by a private instructor on 28 May but didn’t take off. Was so mad about it cos I arranged my schedule in such a way I will be free on that particular day for the swimming lessons. First week, instructor was on reservist. (unavoidable) 2nd week, my son was down with viral flu. 3rd week, he was sick and only informed me a few hours in advance and 4th week he said he is on vacation. I suppose reservist and vacation are planned much earlier and the admin side of HappyFish should be notified about the absence of the instructor and inform me earlier. If I knew he is not free for the whole month of june, I wouldn’t have gone through the trouble of arranging my schedule but luckily enough they agreed on a refund. I am just disappointed because I could have arranged something else rather than waiting for something that will not materialize.
But anyway, please share with me your inputs. Will look at Marsden Swimming School and AquaDucks too. (it’s very far!) my son is already attending a play school twice a week at FORUM and that is why I wouldn’t want a swimming class that is too far either. I am staying in the east btw so private coach who can commit is very much preferred.
Thanks in advance. -
