I got CSA to do my Invisible Grille for my whole house.
Now I realize, a cheaper quote with a nice Sales Rep doesn’t mean you’ll get a good service. I should have stick with the expensive Contractor, and maybe got the professional/skilled workmanship.
Here are the points I am disappointed with:
1. Two set of windows grille not aligned
2. They broke 1 Glass Window
3. Tension was not strong enough.
4. They make my house Their own fabrication shop. Instead of bringing a modular built in casement & grille, they do most of the pre-assembly on site. that’s why it took them 4 days (with interval) to complete the job.
5. They start the job late from 11am to 8pm.
I dont recommend CSA for fuzzy client. Better get other Contractor, though a little bit expensive, sure will give you piece of mind.
