The society today is still very fixated on grades and rankings. Think it will still be same many years down the road. Correct!!!! I believe those who went to army before will know this at the age of 18. ITE kids have their own way of doing things and you can really learn a lot from them. So long they feel that you are willing to be friends with them, they will show you what they are good at and you will be amazed at how good they are really. They have different perspectives and can look at the same issue from another angle. There is a lot you can learn from them.
