      hi, please help:

Mrs Tan bought a tin of biscuits.
Her son filled his lunch box with 1/5 of the biscuits and took an additional 5 biscuits for his best friend.
Her daughter filled her lunch box with 1/5 of the remaining biscuits and packed another 10 biscuits for her friends.
      There were 18 biscuits left.
a)\tHow many biscuits did Mrs Tan’s daughter take for herself and her friends?
b)\tHow many biscuits were there at first?

      Hi,

      Please help:
Caleb has some $2 notes and Dylan has some $5 notes. The ratio of the number of notes Caleb had to the number of notes Dylan had was 5 : 7 . If Dylan gave Caleb 24 notes, the ratio of the number of notes Caleb has to the number of notes Dylan has would become 3 : 1.

1.\tHow many $2 notes did Caleb have at first?

2.\tFind the total value of Caleb and Dylan’s notes.

      Hi cool_hi

Not sure about the top classes for next year’s p4. Only told by DD2’s FT that the top 2 classes for P5 2015 are Joy and Kindness. Top several are either going to Kindness or Joy.

      Hi Jacsplace

For the P6-ers , they will need to stay for supplementary lessons 2 days per week in semester 1 & 2 and also during the June and Sep holidays.
Please attend the Meet-the-Parents Session in January 2015. Full details will be given to P6 parents.
