    • RE: Flat Feet Problem

      Hi mommies,

My son of six years old has flat feet and pigeon feet. He used to trip over his own foot very frequently ever since he was a toddler. I noticed that his both feet tilt inward when he walked. GP just advised me to correct the way he walks when he gets older. Now that he is six, he remains walking as such although he hardly trips over his own feet nowadays. Happy to chance over this thread but disappointed that dr Jessica has left. So I have the same question as cttuy if Dr Fiona is as good? Also, I think it is more worth it to obtain star card before the visit, without it consultation fee is $55 and assessment fee is $100.

You’re absolutely right Chiefkiasu. I have really neglected the kids’ studies lately! Shame on me and thank you for the reminder! 😄

      Hello mommies,

Finally I have settled down with Juying. This is truly a traumatic experience which I don’t wanna go through again. Now panicking for my dd who’s in K1 this year (pv application has been closed. … sob). Anyway I wanna thank those who have shown empathy and support to me for the last few days when i lost my spirit, smile and body weight too… I have now slowly gotten back on my feet. Thanks for being there to encourage me, especially you lakesidemum.

    • RE: No cure to allergic rhinitis but it can be controlled

      Hello chocpockie and dido,

Yup totally agreed with the two of you… I did notice that when my ds has mild coughs, he wud get better after some running. Lately he ddidn’t get enough exercise and his AR got worse and the mucus has turned yellowish and he had fever for three days. I took him to pd which I haven’t done so since June, now he needs to finish his antibiotics. At the mean time, I continue him with nose spa. This morning after nose spa he seems better. … but still need to monitor, his condition seems up and down. … Hopefully he’ll recover soon… thanks for your sharings once again. . Have a great weekend.

Thanks dido for your reply. … may I know how old is your son? Mine is 6. He’s been coughing quite badly for a few days now. Went to Herbal Basic today, still not improved. Will go tomorrow as per chen yi shi’s advice. Anyway if he’s not getting better tomorrow I will have to seek second opinion… just couldn’t bare to see him cough nonstop! Someone may at least help him relieve his cough a bit and I shall be happy.

Anyway quite a few friends whose kids have allergic rhinitis have advised for swimming, works for their kids. I will sign up the swimming lessons for my ds too once he’s recovered from his cough… thanks n take care! It’s really enlighten me a bit knowing that I am not alone in in this AR thing…
