Personally thinks that HCL is quite tough at pri sch level, cant imagine it at sec sch level…keke… And Ranting is right, if the sch has made HCL compulsory, think many p6 wont even consider that school which will affect their subscription rate. By norm, all pri SAP sch students will start off with HCL, I also thought it is the same for sec school. Till I went to Anglican open hse, I asked the Chinese teachers, thn realised it is not compulsory…! So I guess nowadays MOE will allow the schools to go towards certain directions that the management thinks that it is more suitable?

PV at GongShang is ad-hoc basis, so there are no fixed activities that require PV. There could be PV require for certain sch activities like carnival-like booths, excursion with students, help out with SYF, etc…

my daughter (p1) is taking one way bus from the daycare to the school. friday evening, we got a card stated we need to pay for month of january & june now.

Hi Nanette's mum, for sch buses...we have to pay for the bus fees during their June n Dec holidays also. Thus, the first collection will b 2mths (mine was stated for Jan n Dec). Thn I tink its Mar or dunnoe when I have to pay another extra mthly fees for June loh.
