@piyo88, I’m thankful she allows the PE attire. I can’t imagine him getting distracted by the ‘itchiness’ of the uniform during the exam and the washing of uniform during the exam period! Yes one more week!

      Hi

I’m looking to transfer my boy who will be in P2 next year. Within 1km, the choices are Xinghua and Holy Innocents Primary. Between the 2, I would prefer HIPS but I’m concerned whether my boy’s Chinese can make it.

      To Fernvale,

Where did you buy the PSLE papers? Thanks
I bought it from Popular...Publisher is EPH. Comes with answer sheets and costs $4 each.

      Hi

my girl having more homework starting last week and extra afternoon kick in after cny , 2 days per week.
also i asking her to do \"a bit\" more extra work (eg. 3 math question + 1 compre a day ) on top of her school workload
do u all think i am overloading her ??? also feel very insecure , see her got breaktime, feel like she is \"wasting time\" if she is not studying 😛 haha
xn_mummy, I feel you! I also feel that my DS is wasting time if he is not doing work but watching tv or playing nerf gun! lol... like sicko mummy. 😛 On one hand I don't want him to burn out too early, on the other I want him to feel the need to do some revision/work when there is no sch hw! I only bought 1 assessment book for Math this year as he couldn't finish the English and science ones last year (had to make him finish during sch hols much to his chagrin!) And I just bought the PSLE papers.

to the kids, guide = nag. it's january....8 months to psle, not long but not short either. ca1 should be after CNY...so it's revision time.

so so agree! guide = nag! I agree 8 months is not long, nor is it short. My other concern would be burnout before the actual if revision to start now. All I have been asking him to do is to read the model compo books as well as start his topical assessment book.

      Hi all

My elder DS is also taking PSLE this year. I’m worried that his bochup attitude towards studies will continue. Praying he will wake up his idea very soon.

Are there any parents staying in seng kang and punggol and who have enrolled their child in nursery morning session 2017? There is no morning bus pick-up. What transport arrangement did you make???

I know of a couple of parents who carpool to drop their kids in the morning.
