      Hi lynnettepoh,

I’m a SAHM so my routine is different. My friend who is a FTWM also has the same problem that you have, just like all other FTWMs. What she does is she gets her child to complete all the HW before dinner. When she returns, she’ll help her child to check her HW, especially if the child has some questions that she does not know how to do. Then the child packs her bag and gets ready to sleep at about 9pm or sometimes 9pm plus. Hope this helps.

We did a similar poll last year. (Refer to pages 69, 70)

But I also heard they rank the pupils within each phase.

Heard that the top 3 pupils in 1 Sincere are also the top 3 in the level.

DD says parents are to write comments in the Holistic Report (yellow form). Has anyone done that already? Comment on what? My DD's behaviour or her teacher's comments about my DD. If it is for my DD, how would I know how she behaves in class? :? :?:

hi all, can u help out?

DS was doing his mconline assignments last night. We were practicing on Plural Pronouns.

Fill in the blanks with They, We or You.

      1. He is not a principal. You are not a principal too.

      _____ are not principals

      2. You are a soldier. He is a soldier too.

      _____ are soldiers.

I am very dumbfounded with the given answer. It was given as \" You \" for the above 2 questions. Can anyone enlighten me? Why isnt the answer \" We\" since they have indicated you in the question?

Somehow, i believe the given answer is wrong. :scratchhead:
Think 'you' can also refer to more than one person, like 'both of you', '你们'.

Does your kids have Maths homework everyday? My dd has almost everyday. And they are so difficult ESP. Worksheets.

Our DDs are in the same class. Is your DD coping well? My DD is struggling a little with Math. I'm worried that she will dislike Math. :nailbite:

My DD showed us a Math worksheet. She said her class was told to do corrections on their own while the teacher left the room to do something. If they didn’t know the correct answer, they were to ask their classmates. My DD did her corrections without knowing why she was wrong and how to arrive at the correct answer cos her friend didn’t know how to explain. Is this how it’s like in other classes? Is this why more pupils have to attend tuition because the school teachers have no time to explain?

any of ur kids bought toys at the recent toy fair in school? My DD skipped her lunch to buy a pretty useless toy home.

Mine didn't. She didn't mention about the toy fair but she mentioned that some pupils bought things like rings, whistles and stickers at the school bookshop. Rings (戒指) from bookshop? :?
