You can call the school bus service to check if they provide services to your area…the school website or office should be able to tell you. We just registered yesterday! Numbers look fine at the moment…should be fine for SC beyond 2km (maybe even PRs)…

So we are ballotting for SJI beyond 2km. Had a withdrawal in earlier phase bit still very tight…9 spots for 37 applications, so its a 1 in 4 chance.
St stephens is our next choice in 2C. Looking like it will have 90 seats…any idea if 2C also will be ballot for beyond 2km?

Incase anyone interested, SJIJ is at total of 56 applications for 51 spots. As of now, SC beyond 2km will go to ballot. Total of SCs in 1km/ 1-2km is 36 applicants…so chances looking dim if you are beyond 2km…

Thanks all. Will take our chances…no other catholic school at the top of our list. If we dont get it then we will go to schools close to him (temasek within 1km followed by st. stephens…) good luck to all!

I live in the east within 1km from Temasek primary, we are SC and will apply for my son under 2C. If we get through the balloting then great and if not, I will go to St. Stephens, hopefully during 2C itself if the school gives us sufficient early warning.
My husband and son are both baptized Catholics and I'm also contemplating using the 2B phase to attempt SJI. We will def need to ballot if I'm reading the KP balloting history chart properly (ballotting in 2B for SC over 2kms for past 12 yrs!).
Do you think this is a safe enough plan with the 3 options of SJI (technically nothing to lose as I would not have applied to any other school in 2B anyway, so if we get lucky then great). Any inputs or ideas much appreciated good luck to all, counting down now...
