It seems it's norm in a lots of schools nowadays. I just worry that if no one point it out when they are still young, the kids might have the midset, you can do everything as long as you don't get caught.

first time, he did not close up his school bag. well, learnt from the lesson. He zipped up the school bag since then, but the book is still missing.
My boy's books, YS,were misplaced and lost in school twice. Or would rather say, stolen.... Don't know nowadays how parents and teacher teach...
