Anyone knows whether njc sends out the email in batches?

I know the emails for AEP was sent yesterday evening. I also didn't receive so presume it's unsuccessful as the no of students for AEP is not many. NJ only have one class 25 students per year, so students selected via Dsa could be half or less than half of 25.

Die Liao.... How do u know that the aep dsa emails were sent out yesterday?
My girl's art tuition school friend's mum told me her dd got NJ CO email yesterday evening. She informed me to check mine...but I didn't receive any. So I concluded that it's unsuccessful.
Just 1 more week to go at most for the rest of us waiting for reply.

Most geppers DSA for RI or RGS. Outcome not out. How to say rejection higher? Not fair to say geppers free rider. They are taught less of the PSLE stuff unlike mainstream and do more projects? Most still score above 250. Most awards won by geppers. Please be sensitive in your comments.

I totally agree. Why said its free ride for them. They take the same test, go to the same interview like other MS kids. The school choose the candidates not the other way round. They are just 12yr old kids like any of the MS kids. They work equally hard as well. Please spare a thought for them when you pass bias comments. Thanks.

According to my knowledge, geppers do not need to go through the first round test for some top schools, eg. NYGH for the past years DSA. Correct me if I'm wrong...
looks like this year many parents have DSAed their kids into NJC, will be a tough fight. As for any one who has news from MGS can pls highlight here pls. Thks!

Don't think this year will be as tough as 2014. That year 700 over applicants sat for test, shortlisted about 100 over, should be less than 150, for interview and CO 50 students.

This is pertaining to NJC? I believe the other popular schools would have similar stats.
Yes for NJC...

I'm also waiting, went for interview early August. My elder daughter is in NJC, she said her school is famous for doing things very very slowly, looks like may have to wait till last week of August.

sigh, I kep on refreshing my email......do you know when last years results were released?
Last year I'm not sure, but my elder girl year in 2014 was emailed out only on 28 August, really a long long wait, among the last few schools to release result.

true.. if the Dual Track schools have O level classes, what happens to TJC and NJC? anyone can share?

And the same question also posed for Dunman High, River Valley High, besides Temasek JC, National JC, as all these 4 are Not dual track schools.

If students cannot cope with IP academic curriculum, from Sec 1 until end of Sec 2, in above 4 schools mentioned, what do the schools do then, to help these affected IP students, who are emotionally and psychologcially, very much affected ?

Do these schools, also have \"wait and see\" Sec 1 class, monitoring them very closely ?

Appreciate, if parents from these schools, kindly share. Thank You.

NJC does not have any on demand O level class, if school finds a student can't cope at sec 3, they may retain them, meaning to repeat sec 3.
