As at 8am this morning ZDPS, 130+ SC registered are within the 1km range ;(

      Thanks mousey27 for the information!

:yikes: ... means there'll be balloting even at <1km this yr. All others (SC or PRs that are > 1km) can forget about it? šŸ˜“

      Hi,

If my house falls exactly on the 1km radius marking on the map, is it consider <1km or 1-2km? :skeptical:

... after my first session of PV today, we are more or less sure we would want to opt for ZDPS for our DD. šŸ˜„
tjkok, can share with me what is the \"X\" factor which made your say that? šŸ˜‰

May I know which year your child will be registering for P1? Cos' for ZDPS, PV application has closed for children registering in 2013 for 2014 intake.

GEPS do not have the priority application via PV route, as they have a strong PSG network already

Based on past history of balloting results, ZDPS has the risk of balloting if you stay > 1km at Phase 2C, while GEPS has no problems at Phase 2C.

Hope the above information helps šŸ˜„
My kid will be the 2014 intake. You are in the 1-2km range?
I have submitted the PV application, but as I stayed < 1km , I am wondering if there is really a need for me to perform the duties. As you have said, the past history showed that balloting only occurs >1km for Phase 2C. But also understand that there are alot of new flats around ZDPS.. so... :lightrod:

Do you have any idea how many PVs are there for the 2013 and 2014 intake? Last time I heard was only about 10+, which is consider low is it? Wondering if the reason behind the low number of PV is because everyone is living <1KM and not seeing the need??

I was a bit torn between GESP and ZDPS. Both are within 1km. GESP is a few min walk away while ZDPS need to take school bus. Other than distance, which is a better choice for Phase 2C? Is it necessary to do PV? :?

      Any recommendations? :slapshead:
