Suppose i already get a place in SJI Junior under Phase 2B, can I withdraw and go for Phase 2C <1km for ACS Junior (assuming sure no ballot)?

ACS Junior had balloting last year for Phase 2C less than 1km and 5 were out. Hence, I’m worried cos my son is a SG50 baby.

ACS Primary is under Novena. Is it under the Bishan-Toa Payoh also?

I’m 1-2km for ACS Primary. Suppose I am eligible for ACS Primary also under Phase 2B. Do I have a better chance for ACS Primary in Phase 2B 1-2 km vs ACS Junior Phase 2C <1km?

Does it mean if i do Neighbourhood Committee volunteer under the area where I live, I can only choose SJI Junior under Phase 2B?
