I called the SCGS GO and confirmed COP for IP & OP are the same 252.
My girl is on the dot 252 and was allocated to OP, which I believe it could be the decimals that split her out of the IP track. I respect the cutoff but I can't figure the logic of IP & OP having the same COP. Anyone has any thoughts to share on this...

While in theory, she can lateral transfer from OP to IP if her result is good, the probability of it happening is very low. You are likely looking at less than 10 students per cohort ~ 1 in 25?
